Cooking with the Muurikka Electric Smoker is often done in two stages; First cook the food nearly ready without wood chips, then add the chips for the last 10-15 minutes to give the food a beautiful smoked taste and golden colour. The Muurikka oven has a 1100 watt heating element and is made of Stainless steel.
