SousVide is a cooking method where raw food and spices are sealed in a plastic bag and then cooked for a longer time and with lower temperatures than traditional cooking methods – usually between 45-85° C.
Fill a regular pot with water, vacuum pack your ingredients and apply Witt SmartSousVide. Set the time and temperature and relax while SousVide cooks your food in to perfection. Smooth, tender, juicy and tasteful!
