Santoku is a Japanese knife model that has many similarities to a classic chef's knife. The difference is that the knife blade is slightly shorter and has a rounded tip. Translated into Swedish, santoku means "three tasks". The knife is best suited for three tasks: cutting, dicing and chopping.
