With a new kingdom, called the Flower Kingdom, to explore and different playable characters, Super Mario Bros. introduces Wonder also Wonder Flowers, which are exciting items that create surprising effects that you just have to see to believe.
In Super Mario Bros. Wonder invites the friendly Prince Florian to invite Mario and his friends to the Flower Kingdom, a not-so-distant land just beyond the Mushroom Kingdom. But Bowser, the king of the Koopas, has other plans. With just a single touch of the mysterious Wonder Flower, Bowser merges with Prince Florian's castle. Thanks to Bowser's newfound powers, chaos spreads across the land. Now it's up to Mario and his friends to stop Bowser and save the kingdom.

• A Realm Full of Variety: The Flower Kingdom consists of six different worlds surrounding the Petal Isles, giving you a total of seven areas to explore. Travel across several islands, dive into the sea and explore caves. In each world, a large variety of courses await, and you can even freely walk through open areas that you find on the world map.
• Charismatic characters: In addition to Mario, you can also play as Luigi, Peach, Daisy, the blue Toad or yellow Toad, and even Toadette. They all work the same way, so pick your favorite or mix it up with another. Yoshis and Nabbits don't take damage, so they're a smart choice if you're looking for a more light-hearted experience.
• Loads of Power-ups: In Super Mario Bros. Wonder debuts new power-ups like the Elephant Fruit, which allows Mario and some of his friends to turn into elephants. The bubble form allows you to blow bubbles that can be used to trap enemies from a distance. The drill shape makes it easy to handle pointed or hard-skinned enemies.
• Don't Let Your Enemies Rule Unhindered: As for enemies, you'll encounter new treacherous ones as you trudge through the Flower Kingdom.
