With Performance, the coffee is brewed with the most optimal water temperature during the entire brewing process thanks to an advanced precise brewing system. Unlike most other coffee makers, the Performance maintains an optimal temperature of 92-96 º C – from the first to the last drop. Performance has a removable water tank that is easy to fill and clean. With the adjustable flow control, you can easily set and control the contact time between the water and the coffee by adjusting how fast the water flows through the filter holder. This way, you can easily brew one single cup of coffee with the same perfect result as if you had brewed a full pot. All the flavors from your coffee will be fully utilized with the unique dispensing head that spreads the water evenly over the coffee.
