Viper Air is developed for agile players who require a racket that follows their quick movements. A uniquely designed racket head with a slim design together with a lighter weight results in an incredibly fast racket. This model offers an explosive speed with extreme control for a fast offensive game.
Viper Air has a core built by Babolat's X-EVA Technology. Three different layers of EVA together give a perfect effect. The two rigid outer layers give extra speed in hard blows, while a softer inner layer provides an increased margin of error and comfort on looser blows.

The ribbed surface combined with a sandpaper surface, 3D Spin +, provides maximum grip and spin on the ball so that the player can put additional pressure on the opponent.

With Vibrasorb System, each stroke gets increased comfort. This vibration damping system is integrated in the rack neck above the handle and reduces the vibrations that occur in each stroke. The result is increased comfort and a reduced risk of injuries such as tennis elbow.

Like previous models from Babolat, Viper Air is designed with HPS-Technology. The Hole Pattern System provides more speed and control thanks to the drilled holes in the rack being adapted to the rack's shape and sweetspot. This gives more effect in the strokes for more speed and more grip on the ball for extended spin.

Each racket is designed with Smoke Effect, which makes each racket completely unique! A special step in the manufacture where the frame of the racket is given a special pattern, each racket has its own design, which means that no racket is the same as the other.
