The Witt Steam Grill is used on the regular hob. Heat for 3-4 minutes on medium heat. Add the meat and brown it on both sides. Pour water into the grill's surrounding gutter and put the lid on. The Witt Steam Grill grills and steams the meat at the same time. The fat runs down the grooves of the grill and into the surrounding gutter, reducing the fat content of the food. Combined steaming + grilling preserve the juiciness of the meat.
The result is a juicy and tender piece of meat.
