In just 15 minutes you can reach temperatures of 500°c to be able to bake a perfect Neapolitan pizza in just 60 seconds.
The Karu 16 pizza oven is a practical combi oven for real wood-fired pizza or coal, but you can also supplement it with a gas burner as an accessory. Directly from the box it comes as wood or coal fired.
The new "View Flame Technology" door with a glass cover and vents above allows you to see the cooking but still have the door closed for total efficient baking. The valves are there so that the hatch does not clog up to such a large extent.
Another novelty is the digital thermometer that measures the temperature inside the oven to make it easy to take control of your baking.
Karu 16 has a generous baking stone of a full 40*40 cm, which allows you to bake pizzas up to 40 cm in diameter. The large surface and the high door also allow you to bake bread, insert the potato gratin or roast meat in the pizza oven.
