Mountain High mainly consists of coffee beans from two previously rather unknown coffee countries, which in recent years have been praised by coffee connoisseurs for their well-balanced and aromatic taste. The coffee for Mountain High is, as the name says, grown at a very high altitude, which gives an incredibly developed and fresh taste with notes of green apple.

A specialty coffee consists of beans grown under perfect conditions and then picked, washed, and dried using selected methods. It gives the coffee a unique and clear personality with a characteristic taste, which is then brought out through a well-balanced roasting and perfect brewing. Specialty coffee is always traceable back to a certain region, town, or farm. Some coffees are single origin, which means that all coffee comes from the same area. Others may be single estates, in which case they come from the same farm.
