Elegant design developed in close collaboration with Michelin-star chef Mathias Dahlgren. The sauté pan features even heat distribution, preventing food from sticking or burning. The handle is comfortable and has a good angle. It is spot welded for hygienic reasons – there are no rivets on the inside where dirt and bacteria can accumulate.
