Nabe Wok is a solid cast iron wok with a beautiful wooden lid, a heat-resistant glass lid (withstands heat up to 220°C) and a wooden mat. The wok is equipped with sturdy handles for easy and safe handling. The wok works on all types of stoves, including induction.
Stirring in cast iron is really good because the material can withstand very high heat. The slightly scalloped sides make it possible to push the ingredients up a little from the bottom and in this way handle the cooking of several ingredients at the same time and then turn it all together into a really delicious wok dish.
