You can heat the salt stone in the oven to a maximum of 220°C and then place it on the table. The guests can then flavor and fry ingredients in thin slices directly on the hot salty stone.
It is perfectly possible to use the salt stone on the grill. Be careful not to place a cold stone directly on a hot grill to prevent it from cracking.
Thanks to the smart holder, the salt stone can also be placed (in the holder) directly on an induction plate and heated at a leisurely pace.
Place the salt stone in the freezer and after about 30 minutes it is ready to be served on e.g. carpaccio, sushi or cold desserts.
